Planning a visit?

We are expecting you!

We would love you to visit us for a weekend service. There are two locations and service options available. We aim to create an environment where people can experience the love of God. When you come you will realise that we love Jesus and people. We are a judgment-free zone. Come as you are, meet us, have a coffee/tea and explore for yourself. We hope you will find a home, discover who you were made to be and feel empowere to make a difference in our community.

Welcome to Living Vine Lutheran Church

The joy of the Lord is our strength. Nehemiah 8:10

We are delighted to share that the new name for our combined congregations is Living Vine Lutheran Church.

The combined Barossa congregation consists of Bethany, Tabor, St Johns, St Paul's, Langmeil, Lyndoch and Schoenborn.

The name captures the heart of who we are and the direction we are heading as a community of faith. It places Christ firmly at the centre of our life together, reminding us that He is the source from which we grow and flourish.

Grounded in Jesus’ words, “I am the vine; you are the branches” (John 15:5), the name reflects our desire to remain deeply connected to Him and to one another. It speaks of unity, belonging, and the calling to bear fruit in our lives and in the world around us.

“Living Vine Lutheran Church” also expresses our commitment to discipleship, nurturing relationships, and fostering a vibrant and active faith. It aligns closely with our vision as we continue to grow together in Christ’s love and share that love with others.

As "Living Vine Lutheran Church", we look forward to continuing our journey of faith, growing together in Christ and sharing His life with others.
