Dear Congregational Secretary,

We are delighted to share with you an exciting opportunity to come together to gather, grow and go in Christ. As we now only gather for synod every second year, there is no longer a requirement to hold annual synodical conventions. So instead of holding synod for delegates only, we have decided this year to host ‘Together in Christ’ – an opportunity for everyone to focus on the mission and ministry of the church.

Please consider this as a great opportunity for any member of your congregation to attend this special event and learn more about what is happening in the district. There will be electives to equip people to gather, grow and go in mission, and an expo showcasing what is available for congregations and communities as we live out the Great Commission. We are super excited to have a range of specialists and guest speakers to inspire us for this event.

Here’s what you need to know: When: Saturday 2 May 2026 Time: 10am – 4pm Where: Unity College, Murray Bridge

What: Electives, stalls and inspiring speakers to encourage mission and ministry in your communities. Cost: $65 includes all meals and access to resources, electives and workshops

How can congregations help us?

Please consider bringing a group from your congregation, and if able to subsidise cost for participants, it’s a great way to support people with mission hearts.
